HFW薄壁管成型W孔型再探讨

摘    要:指出仅仅一道W孔型辊所产生的管坯边缘纵向延伸有时竟占整个成型段管坯边缘纵向延伸量的60%左右,而且其中绝大部分是塑性延伸,这对薄壁管成型极为有害。通过优化W孔型辊主要设计参数,可使出W孔型辊后的W形管坯边缘纵向延伸大幅减少;同时,通过在W孔型辊工作直径之外加设有效直径、适当增大轧辊底径以及在有效直径上选择恰当的钢带切入点、让钢带以切入角为β的角度进入W孔型辊等改进措施,进一步降低了W形管坯边缘的纵向延伸,并由此使得整个成型段管坯边缘纵向延伸量和延伸率显著降低。
