基于逆向工程技术的离合器壳体模具设计及NC加工

摘    要:以汽车离合器壳体作为研究对象,通过三坐标测量仪进行数据测量与采集,并对数据进行处理,利用接口导入Pro/E软件,对汽车离合器壳体及模具进行三维造型。由Pro/E制造模块中的NC-check进行仿真加工生成NC程序。

Abstract:Taking the clutch shell as the research object,the data is gathered and processed,which is acquired by three-coordinate measuring machine and imported to Pro/E by interface.A 3D mold of clutch shell and die is built by Pro/E software.The processing of numerical simulating and the program of NC is generated by Pro/NC.
