柑橘多农药残留高通量检测技术研究进展

摘    要:我国是重要的柑橘产地之一,柑橘资源丰富、种类繁多,生产量和消费量居世界前列。然而现阶段仍存在柑橘农药使用过量或使用禁用农药的问题,相关监管监测制度也应运而生。由于新型农药的开发、多种农药同时使用、农药残留量低、样品基质复杂等原因,柑橘多农药残留快速高通量检测的难度不断增大。本文对近十年国内外柑橘多农药残留高通量检测技术文献进行了归纳和总结,简要介绍了柑橘中常检出农药的种类,重点从柑橘多农药残留提取和净化的新型样品前处理方法的开发、高通量检测仪器的改进、快速检测技术的研制等方面阐述了柑橘多农药残留高通量检测技术研究进展,并对其存在的问题提出了相关建议,旨在为柑橘多农药残留高通量检测领域的相关研究提供新的参考依据。

Abstract:China is one of the important Citrus reticulata Blanco origins, with abundant Citrus reticulata Blanco resources and admirable cultivars, the production and consumption rank among the top in the world. However, there are problems of still excessive use of pesticides or use of banned pesticides in Citrus reticulata Blanco at this stage, the relevant supervision and monitoring systems also came into being. With the development of new pesticides, the simultaneous use of multi-pesticides, low pesticide residues and complex sample matrix, the rapid and high-throughput detection of pesticide residues in Citrus reticulata Blanco becomes more difficult. This paper summarized the literatures on high-throughput detection of multi-pesticide residues in Citrus reticulata Blanco in recent ten years, briefly introduced the types of pesticides detected in Citrus reticulata Blanco. Besides, this paper focused on the development of new sample pretreatment methods for the extraction and purification of multi-pesticides in Citrus reticulata Blanco, improvement of high-throughput detection instrument and development of rapid detection methods, and reviewed the research progress of high-throughput detection technologies for multi-pesticide residues in Citrus reticulata Blanco, put forward the relevant suggestions, which provided a new reference for the related research of high-throughput detection of multi-pesticide residues in Citrus reticulata Blanco.
