| 摘 要： | 功能梯度材料是一种性质和功能沿厚度方向呈梯度变化的新型材料.本文综述了金属基功能梯度材料的特性和传统制备工艺,总结了其不足和缺陷.重点介绍了电磁分离法应用于制备功能梯度材料的设想、初步尝试和存在的主要问题,阐明这一新工艺的优点,并对其发展前景作出展望.

| Abstract: | FGM is a new kind of materials with properties and functions graded distribution along thickness.This paper shows some properties and traditional making techniques of metal-based FGM,and their limitation.Conceiving,preparatory experiments,and main problems of making FGM using electromagnetic technique is expounded on focus.The merit of the new technique is showed and the utilizing prospect as well. |
