| Abstract: | The important role of cutting tool management system for CIMS is outlined first. Then, according to the need of CIMS, which was implemented in a large enterprise, the design idea, structure and functions of computer aided cutting tool management system for CIMS are represented. The client/server architecture is built, and some key technologies to realize the system are introduced. |
