摘    要:现代雷达的功能和性能要求越来越高,方舱内设备量激增,散热和噪声日益影响方舱的人机舒适性。传统设备方舱的热控设计通常是在人机混合的大环境下进行的,为保证电子设备的正常散热,人员区温度长期低于人体舒适温度。同时,在舱内设备量大的情况下,噪声设计也很难满足国军标要求。文中通过顶层统筹考虑,优化热控和降噪设计,在舱内设置2套独立供风系统,实现了设备正常散热,且人员区温度适宜。对风道进行创新性设计,2套系统可在应急工况下互为备份,确保设备正常工作。同时,采取控制噪声源头、合理布置消声通道等有效措施,确保整舱在满负荷工况下的最大噪声低于65 dB(A)的国军标要求。通过上述措施,提升了设备方舱的人机舒适性并对以后的方舱设计提供了设计思路。

Abstract:The function and performance requirements of modern radars are getting higher and higher, the amount of equipment in the shelter has increased sharply and heat dissipation and noise increasingly affect the man-machine comfort of the shelter. Thermal control design of the traditional equipment shelter is usually carried out in a human-machine mixed environment. In order to ensure the normal heat dissipation of electronic equipment, the temperature in the personnel area is lower than the comfortable temperature of human body for a long time. At the same time, in the case of a large amount of equipment in the shelter, the noise reduction design is also difficult to meet the requirements of the national military standard. In this paper through the top-level overall consideration, the design of thermal control and noise reduction is optimized. Two independent air supply systems are installed in the shelter to realize normal heat dissipation of the equipment and suitable temperature in the personnel area. Innovation design of the air duct is carried out that the two systems can back up each other under emergency conditions to ensure the normal operation of the equipment. At the same time, by taking effective measures such as controlling the noise source and arranging silencing channels reasonably, it is ensured that under full load conditions the maximum noise of the whole shelter is lower than the national military standard requirement of 65 dB(A). Thus, the man-machine comfort of the equipment shelter is improved and the design ideas are provided for the future shelter design.
