摘    要:选矿企业的效益与生产指标密切相关,工艺指标对企业优化生产,提高企业效益有着重要意义,设计实现了选矿工艺指标的信息化表达与存储技术,基于easyUI软件设计界面,实现了一种可动态配置的选矿工艺的数据库存储技术,介绍了选矿工艺表达的模块化设计思路,利用动态配置功能实现了工艺指标表达的灵活性和通用性。通过现代化信息技术实现选矿工艺数字化平台后,形成的知识库,对新建选矿厂的设计或老选矿厂的技术改造提供数字化技术支撑,能够快速智能的进行选矿工艺指标数据检索、提取,有助于选矿工艺人员快速选择选矿工艺技术,推动矿物加工科学与技术的发展。

Abstract:The benefits of ore-dressing enterprise have close relationship with produce indexes,process index for enterprise to optimize production, improve the efficiency of the enterprise has important significance. The dynamically configure technology of information expression and storage of ore dressing process indexes, based on the easyUI software interface designing ,is designed and implemented in this paper. This paper introduces the process of the expression of modular design,using the dynamic configuration function,it realizes the flexibility and versatility of technical index expression. Through the process of modern information technology to realize the mineral processing digital platform, form a mineral knowledge base system, that provides digital technical support for the design of new concentrator or technical transformation of old concentrator, that can retrieve and extract mineral processing index data rapidly and intelligently. It is helpful to select mineral processing technology quickly and promote the development of mineral processing science and technology.
