| 摘 要： | 在对中国建筑市场现状调查分析的基础上,根据1996～2006年的统计数据,利用回归预测技术和差分法对"十一五"期间中国建筑市场需求与发展趋势进行了研究和预测。根据该分析预测结果与中国建筑业的发展规划对比,得出中国建筑业总的发展趋势较好、建筑业作为支柱产业地位更加突出和预期发展目标能够实现的结论。

| Abstract: | On the basis of the statistic data of construction market in China from 1996 to 2006, by using regression method and difference method, this paper studied and forecasted the construction market's demand and development trend in China in the 11th five-year planning period. We can arrive at a conclusion that the development trend of China's construction industry is better, construction industry as a mainstay of the economy is more prominent, and the expected targets can be realized in China. |
