| 摘 要： | 针对成品油销售系统正在推行的“升”交接办法，分析了油品从油库到用户所经历的过程和体积、温度的相应变化，认为统一标准温度是关键，建议以零售油品的温度为标准温度，将交接过程中的不同体积均转换为这一标准温度下的体积，标准温度可以以地（市、州）为单位，以季度甚至日平均温度为依据来确定。
