槽轮机构的平面造型设计和运动分析及仿真

摘    要:对槽轮机构的结构进行分析,运用Visual Basic软件,通过对槽轮的分度以及对槽轮和曲柄忆,完成了槽轮机构的参数化造型;并在此基础上,把槽轮的结构数据放在Timer控件中,计算槽轮每一时刻的角速度和角加速度以及位置角度,从而完成了普通内外槽轮机构的运动分析和运动仿真.

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of Geneva mechanism analysis, taking the software Visual Basic,by subsection of Geneva and calculating and memorizing key point of Geneva and winch, the parametric model of Geneva mechanism is established;And on the basis of which, angular velocity, angular accelerated velocity and location of angular at every moment of Geneva mechanism are calculated by means of structural datum of Geneva mechanism put in the command of Timer. Consequently, emulation and analysis of movement of ordinary inner and outer Geneva mechanism are completed.
