摘    要:传统的电子产品故障维修技能培训多采用物理破坏的方式来模拟产生电子产品故障。这种非柔性且具破坏性的考核系统使得培训工作效率低、培训成本高、资源浪费等问题。为此,本文提出了应用智能嵌入式控制器柔性且非破坏地模拟电子产品故障的新方法,并开发了一套电子产品故障维修技能智能化培训系统原型。

Abstract:In the training for the maintenance skill for breakdown of the electronic product, many unit is taken shape the man- madebreakdown of the electronic product. It brings some matters, such as the examination quality and work efficiency is depressed, theservice life of the equipment is short and the waste is serious etc. This paper presented a new means in which the intelligent embed-ded controller is used to simulate the breakdown flexibly and nondestructively., and we developed the intelligent simulation trainingsystem of maintenance skill for breakdown of the electronic product successfully.
