| 摘 要： | 提出了企业组织结构创新的方向是以顾客为中心、以业务流程再造(BPR)为切入点实现企业组织结构的扁平化;设计了以物流、商流、资金流三个业务流推进部为核心的组织结构扁平化方案;建议组织结构创新应以信息化为基础,确保管理职能的到位,以稳步推进的方式展开.
