柴油机缸内壁面热边界层的测量及燃烧火焰影响的试验研究

摘    要:为了研究柴油机缸内燃烧火焰对壁面热边界层的影响,根据光学原理,研制开发了贯穿式火焰温度传感器,并进行了实际测量及初步研究。试验及分析表明:贯穿式光纤传感器可以移动地测量缸内沿壁面法线方向任一位置处的火焰温度,较好地用于研究柴油机气缸内燃烧火焰对缸内壁面热边界层的影响。

Abstract:In order to study the influence of combustion flame on thermal boundary of combustion chamber wall in diesel engine, a traversing type of combustion temperature sensor was developed based on optical theory and measurements were taken in a diesel engine. The results show that this sensor can be used to measure the flame temperature along the normal direction of cylinder wall and is proven to be useful tool for measuring thermal boundary influenced by combustion flame in diesel engine.
