微机保护装置抗干扰技术的研究

摘    要:为进一步提高微机保护的抗干扰能力以确保电力系统的安全稳定运行,介绍了微机保护装置干扰的主要来源及其对微机保护装置的影响,以及微机保护装置抗干扰试验的方法。在对微机保护装置的硬件设计(包括电源端口、开关量端口、模拟量输入端口、通信端口、数字电路设计和整体结构设计等)和软件设计等方面的抗干扰方法研究的基础上,针对提高微机保护装置的抗干扰能力提出了一套全面的解决方案。提出的抗干扰措施已应用于实际的微机保护装置中并且顺利通过了相关部门IV级电磁干扰试验,对微机保护开发设计人员有一定借鉴意义。

Abstract:High-speed processors widely used in microprocessor-based protection device improve the electromagnetic sensitivity of the hardware, and with the development of power system, the capacity of power system is becoming larger and the voltage level is becoming higher, which makes the environment of the microprocessor-based protection device much worse. In order to improve the anti-interference ability of the microprocessor-based protection device, a complete set of measures are put forward. First, the main interference sources of microprocessor-based protection and the influences on the operation of protective equipment are analyzed. Then, the EMC tests for microprocessorbased protection are summarized. The anti-interference measures are analyzed from the angles of hardware and software. In respect of hardware, the anti-interference measures for the main modules of microprocessor-based protection, including the power module, in-out module, analogy input module, communication module are put forward. In addition, the designing of digital-circuit-board and the structure of the microprocessor-based protection device is ana- lyzed and certain measures to improve the anti-interference ability are given. According to the measures, a certain microprocessor-based protection passed the IV level EMC test, it proves the measures to be correct and useful. The paper provides some references to the microprocessor protection designers.
