摘    要:为找出雷击跳闸的原因并采取一定的改进措施,介绍了一套线路防雷设计计算软件HVC的开发和应用。该软件适合用户对新建线路的耐雷水平进行设计、校核,并可分析已有线路雷击跳闸故障的原因。软件所用算法在国家97技术规程的基础上,综合考虑了现有的各种评价耐雷水平的方法,并兼顾了计算的准确性和速度。对220 kV实际线路的演算证明计算所得跳闸率等结果与线路实际运行情况一致。

Abstract:The development and application of calculation software HVC for the lightning protection of transmission line are introduced.By using this software,users can check the lightning protection level of a new designed transmission line,and find out the reasons of lightning strike trip-outs.The arithmetic used in this software is mainly based on the 1997 national technical regulation and other methods for lightning protection calculation,such as the new EGM method for shielding failure calculation are also considered.The accuracy and calculation speed are both considered in choosing the arithmetic.Several 220 kV transmission lines are figured by this software to verify its validity,the results including the lightning strike trip-out rate are in agreement with the practical data.
