摘    要:Hypol工艺液相反应器的液位控制是聚合操作与装置稳定运行的一个关键参数。介绍了液相反应器液位控制原理,分析并计算了液位计冲洗丙烯温度、聚合反应温度、聚合物浆液浓度对反应器实际液位的影响程度。结果表明,聚合反应温度在有限的范围波动对实际液位的影响不大,但是浆液浓度与液位计冲洗丙烯温度变化,对实际液位的影响较大。

Abstract:Level-controlling of liquid-phase reactor in Hypol process plant is key parameter of stabilization production. The theory of level controlling of liquid-phase reactor was introduced. The influence that flush-propylene temperature, polymerizing-temperature and slurry-concentration on practical level was analyzed and accounted. The results indicate that polymerizing-temperature has little influence on practical level, but slurry-concentration and flush-propylene temperature have great influence practical level.
