微波辐射下壳聚糖降解性能的研究

摘    要:采用微波辐射技术对壳聚糖进行了降解,考察了微波辐射功率、辐射时间和降解时的pH值等对低相对分子质量壳聚糖制备的影响。结果表明,壳聚糖在pH值7~8,微波功率为528W(中火),微波辐射1.5h时,可降解得到相对分子质量小于3000的低聚壳聚糖,且重复性较好,这种产品在生物医药领域具有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:The degradability of chitosan was studied under microwave irradiation. The factors, such as the microwave irradiating power, the irradiating time, and the pH, would influence the preparation of low-molecular weight chitosan. The results show that chitosan can be degraded into low-molecular weight chitosan which is less than 3000 under the condition that the pH was about 7~8, the microwave irradiating power was about 528W, and the irradiating time was 1.5 hours. The product possessed good property of repetition, and had a wide applied future in the biomedicine field.
