摘    要:以纤维素为原料,N-甲基吗啉-N-氧化物(简写NMMO)为溶剂,采用相转化法制备非对称纤维素包装膜.研究了刮膜速度对薄膜结构的影响,以期为优化工艺条件、控制薄膜结构、提高薄膜性能、扩大该法薄膜在包装行业的应用范围提供理论基础.实验结果表明:随着刮膜速度提高,薄膜平均粗糙度降低、孔径变小、结晶度增加、纵横向取向度增加.

Abstract:The unsymmetrical cellulose membrane was prepared by NMMO technology and phase trans- formation method. The effect of casting speed on the structure of membranes was studied. The results showed that with increasing of casting speed, the cellulose membrane has lower roughness, larger crystallinity, and higher degree of orientation. The purpose was to provide theory basement for optimizing the processing parameter, controlling the structure, enhancing performance, and increasing the application range of the cellulose membrane prepared by NMMO technology.
