课程改革重在以人为本

摘    要:在目前我国的课程改革中,确立以人为本的课程观,是信息化、全球化、个性化的新时代的根本要求。改革的关键在于:坚持马克思主义的“以人为本”的哲学立场,重新调整课程领域中人与人的关系以及课程本身与人之间的关系。无论教师还是学生,都应该把他们放到关系中去认识与把握。因此,课程改革应该重新调整师生之间的关系;创新课堂教学模式;制定人本化的课程管理制度,以及开发以发展性评价为主的评价体系与方法。

Abstract:It is extremely necessary in an age of information, globalization and individualization to establish the human-oriented curriculum view in the current curriculum reform in our country. The key to the reform lies in adhering to the Marxist human-oriented philosophical standpoint and re-adjusting the interpersonal relationship in the curriculum field and the relationship between curriculum itself and humans. We, teachers or students, shall grasp and understand the reform in terms of such relationship. Therefore, the curriculum reform shall re-adjust the teacher - student relationship, innovate the classroom teaching mode, draw up the human-oriented curriculum management system and develope the development-centered evaluation system and methods.
