| 摘 要： | 设计了一种使用网络和H.264视频编解码的监控系统实施方案。方案采用TI公司的DM6437 DSP作为硬件编码模块,对摄像头采集的视频进行H.264编码,编码后的视频数据借助RTP实时传输协议和UDP套接字在网络传输,并最终在PC机上实现实时视频的接收和显示。测试结果表明,该方案实现方便、效果良好,具有潜在的应用价值。

| Abstract: | This paper describes a video surveillance scheme based on Internet and H.264.The scheme uses TI's DM6437 DSP for coding video produced by a camera in H.264 standard,which is then transmitted via Internet with RTP and UDP socket.Reception and real-time display of video is performed on a PC.The test shows the scheme is easy to implement,good in effect with potential application value. |
