济钢4#板坯铸机在线毛刺清理机的研制与应用

为解决济钢 4 #板坯铸机红送板坯切割毛刺的在线清理问题 ,借鉴圆盘刀刃去毛刺机技术 ,研制开发了在线毛刺清理机 ,并成功运用到二次切割系统。该机具有重量轻、维护简单方便、刀刃磨损小、寿命长、去除毛刺效果好和去除率高的特点。应用表明 ,铸坯毛刺去除率达到 96 %以上 ,减少了红送铸坯热轧钢板的结疤等质量问题 ,提高钢板成材率 1 %以上

Development and Application of On-line Burring Machine in No.4 Contiuous Slab Caster of Jigang

For solving on-line cleaning problem of cutting burr of hot transportation sla b in No.4 continuous slab caster of Jigang, the on-line burring machine was developed referred to the technology of edge turn by deflective load, produced by disc edg e of disc edge burring machine to travel on surface of casting slab, to cleaning burr. The mach ine has been successfully used for secondary cutting system. The features of this machine are light weight, convenience maintenance, little wear and long service life of edge and high effi ciency for burring, etc. The rate of burring for casting slab is attained to 96%, the rate of yield of steel plate is increased by a factor of 1%.
