摘    要:综述了柔性有机电致发光器件(FOLED)的研究现状和发展趋势;针对提高其寿命问题的研究,选择和比较了聚合物、金属箔片、超薄玻璃3种柔性衬底材料的优缺点及发展概况;结合本课题组的实验分析,说明设计并选择合理的器件结构、发光材料和阴极材料对延长器件的使用寿命非常有效;提高FOLED寿命的另一重要步骤是减少水蒸汽和氧气向器件内部的渗透,最后也简介了以聚合物和超薄玻璃为衬底材料的器件封装方法。

Abstract:The study and the application of organic light emitting displays(OLED) have gained a great development presently.Flexible organic light emitting device(FOLED) is an important direction of the development of OLED,and injects new energy into the application of OLED.This article reviews the study and development states of FOLED.Meanwhile,in order to prolong the lifetime of FOLED by choosing and studying the flexible substrate,this paper compares the advantages,disadvantages and development states of three types of flexible substrate such as ultra thin glasses,polymer and metal foil which are usually used in FOLED field.From the experiment analysis,it is an efficient way to prolong the lifetime of FOLED by designing an optimum structure and selecting the appropriate materials for light emitting layer and cathode.Another important process is to decrease the penetration of water and oxygen into the inner of FOLED.The brief explanation about the encapsulation methods of device based upon the polymer and ultra thin glasses are discussed.
