| Abstract: | Based on the present situations of contract management of construction enterprise in our country, the thesis analyses its reasons, and puts forward some ideas and countermeasures which help to improve contract management level: setting up the idea of contract management, organizing contract management department, establishing the rules of contract explaining and analyzing, and strengthening contract claim and so on. |
