| 摘 要： | 本文首先介绍了信息通信技术在信息化社会的作用,然后分析了信息通信网络中的耗能设备来源,对信息通信设备系统、温湿控制调节系统与机房设计、新能源动力、照明各系统进行了绿色节能技术和综合的环保设计方案的探讨,结合中国移动的运营活动分析了绿色运维与绿色理念,最后阐述了国内外信息通信技术标准的发展制定情况。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the green energy conservation technology and comprehensive environmentally-friendly design are carried on discussion to the communication facility,temperature and humidity control system,equipment room design,new energy power and lighting system.And the green operation and green ideas are analyzed,unified the operation which china mobile carries out.At last,the development and formulation situation of the domestic and foreign info-communications technical standard is elaborated. |
