| 摘 要： | 介绍了ＴＦ３装盘机电气控制系统所需的印刷直流电动机伺服控制板的研制。电气控制系统由可编程逻辑控制器控制。运用自动控制理论，采用脉宽调制技术，设计了一种具有电压负反馈和电流正反馈的自动调速系统，获得了较好的调速性能。在电路设计上解决了与可编程逻辑控制器的接口问题。整机经过调试，取到了满意的结果。

| Abstract: | A servo card in PLC for printed DC motor used in TF3 equipment has been developed. Based on automatic control theory and pulse-duration madulation technique, an automatic speed governing system with voltage negative feedback and current positive feedback has been designed. Quite good adjustability is obtained. Interface problem of PLC is solved by circuit design. Testing results are satisfactory. |
