桩筏共同工作在某高层建筑基础中的分析与应用

摘    要:某小区三栋十四层剪力墙结构,设计采用墙下钻孔灌注桩基础,经试桩检测达不到设计计算要求。通过一系列分析比较,本文提出了通过褥垫层促进桩筏共同作用的完善办法,使桩及桩间土保持一个合理的承载力比例来共同承担上部荷载。经检验,在充分利用桩基的基础上,加设筏板而形成桩筏基础是一种即经济又能保证安全可靠的选择,较好地满足了工程要求...

Abstract:The three buildings have fourteen floors shear wall structure and cast-in-place pile.But pile test was not reached at design demand.Cushing is added in pile raft foundation to shave load of building in both pile group and soil.By comparing and testing.the pile raft foundation is met the engineering demand,is a economical and safe way for these buildings.
