光学遥感器薄膜加热片阻值计算及应用

摘    要:论述了航天用薄膜加热器的工作原理,推导和总结了同一加热区内三种不同串、并联关系的薄膜加热片单位面积阻值的通用计算公式。最后通过实例验证了该公式的正确性。对于具有复杂加热区的空间光学遥感器,依据该公式可以方便快捷地设计出各种串、并联关系的薄膜加热器。

Abstract:The space film heater’s work principle is discussed. Further more, the universal formulas in designing the film heaters are deduced,which could be used for three different series and parallel relationships in the same heating area. At last, the results of one example indicate that the formula is correct,they could be used for other optical remote sensors which have complex heating regions. According to the formulas we can easily and quickly design all kinds of series and parallel relations film heaters.
