活化元素Co对Mo-Cu合金组织和性能的影响

摘    要:采用机械合金化制备Mo-18Cu复合材料,利用SEM、XRD和万能试验机研究了Co含量对Mo-18Cu合金的相对密度、力学性能、断口形貌组织、导热和导电性能的影响。试验结果表明,活化元素Co的添加降低了Mo-18Cu合金的烧结致密化温度100℃,增加了合金的相对密度、抗弯强度及硬度,但导电和导热性能降低。含Co 2.0wt%Mo-18Cu合金在1250℃烧结2h获得较好的综合性能,合金的相对密度、抗弯强度、硬度、电阻率和热导率分别为99.1%,960 MPa,69 HRA,2.06×10-7Ωm和142 W.m-1.K-1。显微组织为均匀细小的网络结构。

Abstract:Mo-18Cu composites with different contents of activating element Co were fabricated by mechanical alloying.Effects of activating element Co content on the relative density,mechanical properties,fracture morphology,resistivity and thermal conductivity of Mo-Cu alloy were investigated.The results show that the sintering temperature of densifing the alloy was decreased by 100℃ when Co was added,and the relative density,hardness and bending strength were increased.However,the resistivity and thermal conductivity were reduced with adding Co.Sintered at 1250℃ for 2 hours,Mo-18Cu alloy with 2.0wt% Co had a relative density of 99.1%,hardness 69HRA,bending strength 960MPa,resistivity 2.06×10-7Ωm,thermal conductivity 142W·m-1·K-1,respectively.The homogeneous and fine network-like microstructure could be obtained.
