成型方法对扁平EM型铁氧体磁心性能以及产品成品率有重要影响。介绍了扁平EM型产品的一系列成型方法,并通过分析这些方法的优缺点,提出了一种全新的扁平型铁氧体磁心成型方法,即联体压制成型法,应用联体成型法可大大提高EM型产品的生产效率,并可改善EM型磁心易变形等问题。

Two-in-one molding methods for EM ferrite cores

The forming method has great influence on the performance as well as the production rate of EM ferrite cores.This article elaborated various forming methods of flat EM ferrite cores.By analyzing the relative merits of these methods,we propose a new forming way,the conjunct(two-in-one) forming method.By using the new forming method,the production efficiency was improved notably and core deforming was also eliminated.
