| 摘 要： | 根据型号在工程研制阶段工艺设计特点，文中提出了在工程研制阶段工艺设计时可将检验作为工序安排在工艺规程中，针对要控制特性的特点，控制方有多种式。并叙述了对不同控制方式在工艺规程中如何描述以及在过程如何实施，另外文中论述工艺设计时如何实现可追溯性的要求和如何对试验过程进行控制，为工程研制阶段有效的质量控制打下基础，为工艺定型和生产定型创造条件。

| Abstract: | According to the characteristics of technological process at the stage of engineering development,this paper suggests that the verification should be included in the working procedure of technological regulation,so as to determine the item to be controlled and the method of control.This paper also suggests how to describe various methods of control in the technological regulation and how to satisfy the requirement of traceability,and control the experimental process in technological process.It would build a foundation for valid quality control at the stage of engineering development stage,and create a condition for finalizing the technology and the manufacturing. |
