螺杆压缩机风扇与换热器匹配的正交试验

摘    要:对风扇和换热器的匹配进行了优化设计。通过L8(2^7)正交试验,对压缩机所用润滑油的种类、冷却器的散热面积和厚度、风扇直径、扇叶角度、风扇电机频率以及环境温度6个因素进行了正交试验研究。通过试验结果可得出影响风扇和换热器匹配的主要因素以及这些因素对压缩机系统性能指标的影响。

Abstract:The optimization of the matching between fan and condenser using orthogonal test was presented.In the L8(2 7) orthogonal test,six factors considered were as follows:lubricating oil,condenser thickness,fan diameter,angle of fan vane,frequency of fan electromotor and environment temperature.By analyzing the orthogonal test results,some important factors effect on the matching of fan and condenser have been found,which have great effect on the screw compressor unit performance.
