自动超声波测厚信号噪声成因及对策分析

摘    要:概述了大型承压特种设备的腐蚀原因和测厚要求,以及自动超声爬行测厚系统的原理,分析了自动爬行超声波测厚信号噪声的成因和测得值失真的原因,并就对策进行了分析。

Abstract:Corrosion factors and thickness measuring requirements of the large pressuring special equipments and the theory of the automatic Ultrasonic thickness measuring system have been introduced.Causes and treatments to the noise in the automatic ultrasonic thickness measuring signals and the distortion of the measured values have been analyzed.
