摘 要: | 设计的缠辊检测系统利用CCD摄像头实时采集涤纶短纤生产丝面图象,并应用Canny边缘检测和Hough变换对每帧图象进行处理,根据处理结果判断出丝面破损时,发陈列出报警信号,实现缠辊无机械接触自动检测。

Design and application of wrap detect system based on photograph process technology |

Abstract: | The design and application of a new wrap detect system are introduced.The system take a photograph of polyester staplefibre surface by real time collection using CCD camera.Each photograph is treated with Canny edge detection and Hough transfer in computer.According to the treatment results,the torn fiber surface is determined,alarm message is sent out,fiber wrap automatic detect without mechanical contact is realized. |
