提高云南铜业艾萨炉寿命的实践与探讨

摘    要:结合艾萨炉熔炼的熔池特性和云南铜业股份有限公司的生产实践,分析影响炉衬蚀损的关键要素,提出延长炉寿命的措施。影响艾萨炉炉衬蚀损的要素是内炉壁温度及其波动和在内炉壁处的强烈搅动。在炉内创造出合适的温度梯度与流动速度梯度,能够在比较长的炉寿下获得高的熔化量。延长炉寿命的措施有增加炉子直径、改进喷枪结构与工况参数,严格执行操作制度,加强耐火材料腐蚀的监测。

Abstract:Based on the combination of bath characteristics of Isasmelt smelting furnace and the practice in the Yunnan Copper Corporation Limited,the key factors impacted on the furnace lining erosion are analyzed and the measures on the service life increase of the Isasmelt furnace are discussed.The temperature inside the furnace wall as well as its variation and the strong disturbance are the important roles influenced on the furnace lining erosion.The gradients establishment of temperature and flowing velocity can make the high production capacity accomplished with the long furnace service life.There some measures for increasing the furnace service time,such as increase of the furnace diameter,improvement of the spray gun structure,carefully operating according to the rules and regulations,paying attention to the monitoring on the refractory material erosion situation.
