氧化锆氧传感器的研究进展

摘    要:氧化锆氧传感器具有较高的测氧精度和良好的高温稳定性,被广泛应用于内燃机尾气排放中氧含量检测等领域。随着氧传感器研究的不断深入和陶瓷层压工艺技术的日益成熟,氧传感器逐渐向小型化方向发展,其形状由管式转为板式。同时,传统的氧传感器起始工作温度较高,而采用固体参比层代替参比空气有望降低氧传感器的工作温度,并易于降低氧传感器的加工难度,从而可降低产品成本。对近年来在氧化锆氧传感器板式结构、固体参比层和微型化研究等领域的发展进行了相关综述。

Abstract:Because of its high sensitivity in measuring oxygen and good stability in high temperature, zirconia oxygen sensor has been widely used in environmental protection of the automobile and other area. With the development of oxygen sensor research and ceramic laminating technique, oxygen sensors are developing toward miniaturization and simplification. Its structure turns from thimble-type to planar-type. Meanwhile traditional zirconia oxygen sew, or can only work under high temperature, the research of solid-state reference is expected to reduce its wolking temperature and simplify the manufacture process, thus reduce its cost.It summarized the latest develpment such as thick film oxygen sew, or, solid-state reference and miniaturized series-connected zirconia oxygen sensor.
