| 摘 要： | 叙述了以月桂醇、葡萄糖为原料，采用复合催化剂利用直接苷化法合成十二烷基葡萄糖苷，探讨了其名主要影响因素，得出适宜的反应条件为：反应压力为４．０５ｋＰａ；反应温度为１２０℃；醇糖比为５：１，剂糖比为０．００８：１。
