摘    要:本文提出了新型的液压系统关键部件液压集成块的交互式CAD软件。它是新式的三维阀块设计的构造软件,彩在每一孔道生成后即进行校核和嵌入式知识基的智能处理等新方法,使用户能准确方便地生成空间阀块图、阀块零件图和孔系表。首次成功地在计算机上完成从原理图到最终输出的全部工作。

Abstract:This paper puts forward a new interactive CAD software for manifold block a critical part of hydraulic system. It is a new constructive software for the design of 3D manifold block. Some new methods, such as interference checking after every new hole being finished and the intelligent way of 'Inlaid Rule Repository' etc, are adopted to make user easily generate the manifold drawing, the corresponding part drawing and the holes list with high precision. The whole design work, from schematic diagram to part drawing output, was firstly completed on a computer successfully.
