| 摘 要： | 大、中型水轮发电机组的定子在现场组装，磁化试验是定子铁芯硅钢片堆积完成后必须进行的一项重要试验；其目的是检查定子铁芯制造和现场安装的整体质量。试验结果与设计计算值基本相符，各测点温升正常，试验过程中无其它异常现象，为机组安装下一步工序提供了有利保证。

| Abstract: | The magnetizing test is an indispensable and important test after stacking of stator core silicon steel sheets for field assembling of turbine- generator units＇ stators of large and medium hydropower plants. Its purpose is to check and verify the overall quality of both fabrication and erection of the stators. The test results are basically in conformity with the design calculation. The test proved that the temperature rise at various measuring points was satisfactory and no abnormal phenomenon occurred during the test, which will guarantee the follow- up steps of erection of a generating unit. |
