摘    要:描述了一种基于FPGA(现场可编程门阵列)识别VGA(视频图形阵列)显示模式和像素频率值的方案。主要基于频率计的设计方法实现,并通过硬件电路的验证。利用Verilog HDL语言和FPGA的灵活性,应用FPGA设计嵌入式系统视频采集卡,提高了数据处理速度,节省了硬件成本。

Abstract:A scheme to identify the VGA modes and the frequency of pixels is designed in this paper,which is based on FPGA.The design is based on the idea of frequency counting and it is verified by hardware circuit.By using Verilog HDL and applying FPGA to the design of embedded video collection chip,the design can speed up data processing and save hardware resource.
