某高品位铁矿石的磁选试验研究

摘    要:某铁矿石为深度氧化的富磁铁矿矿石,矿石中的磁铁矿经风化后大部分已转变为赤铁矿或磁赤铁矿,而且形成部分褐铁矿。利用磨矿—低场强磁选—强磁再选的工艺处理该矿石,可以得到综合精矿,其产率为73.65%、品位为65.73%、回收率为80.91%。

Abstract:The crude ore investigated here is an iron ore rich in magnetite with high degree of oxidation. The magnetite in the ore has been transformed mostly into hematite and maghemite and partially into limonite through weathering processes. Laboratory beneficiation study with the processing flowsheet of grinding, lowintensity magnetic separation and high-intensity magnetic separation shows that an iron concentrate can be gained with the mass yield 73.65%, the Fe-grade 65.73% and the Fe-recovery 80.91%.
