摘    要:介绍了电子束熔炼炉,钽铌真空垂熔烧结炉,高真空钽片炉,高真空退火炉,真空蒸馏炉等稀有及难熔金属高温炉的技术参数,结构及其特点。

Abstract:The chief specifications, construction and performance of the high temperature vacuum furnace for rare metals were introduced, such as electron beam melting furnace, vacuum vertical furnace for Ta and/or Nb, high temperature furnace heated by Ta strip, vacuum annealing furnace, and vacuum distilling furnace.
