| 摘 要： | 以半消光聚酯切片为原料,在工艺优化和技术改进的基础上,通过喷丝孔截面设计、纺丝工艺调整等方法生产中空FDY。结果表明:随纺丝速度增加,中空度降低;纺丝熔体温度控制也是保证纤维截面的关键参数。

| Abstract: | The hollow FDY filament was produced through the section design with ordinary semi-dull polyester chips as raw material. The result shows that the hollow degree is reduced as the spinning speed increasing and the spinning temperature has significant effect to the fiber's cross section. |
