喷淋式冷凝器换热性能的试验研究

摘    要:搭建回收利用蒸发器冷凝水对冷凝器进行喷淋冷却的试验装置,并进行测试。测试结果表明,冷凝器采取喷淋形式后,制冷量增加1%~3%,功率减少4%~6%,COP提升0.2,相当于一个能效等级。而且冷凝温度越高,喷淋水消耗量越大,喷淋后制冷系统性能的优化趋势越明显。

Abstract:The experimental device is established that is used to test spray cooling effect of condensate from evaporator on the condenser.And the test is done.The test result shows that the refrigerating capacity is increased by 1%~3% with spraying condenser,the power is decreased by 4%~6% and the COP is increased by 0.2,which is improved by a higher energy grade.And the condensing temperature is higher,the consumption of the spray water is more,the advancement of the performance is much more obvious.
