| Abstract: | The channel siltation due to the increasing demands for irrigation has become more serious than before. The paper suggests an approach to estimate the bed aggradation caused by water diversion and analyses the present situations of diversion and the possibility for improving the deposition of the Lower Yellow River by means of the diversion measure. |
