| 摘 要： | 介绍了我国铀（钍）矿以外的矿产资源开发利用辐射环境监管工作开展的必要性,调研分析了国际辐射防护委员会、国际原子能机构、欧盟、美国等国际组织与国家关于铀（钍）矿以外的矿产资源开发利用辐射环境监管的实践,介绍了我国矿产资源开发利用辐射环境监督管理的范围和要求.

| Abstract: | In the article, the necessity of the regulation of radiation environment for the utilization of mineral resources other than uranium （thorium） ores in China is introduced. The regulatory experiences of radiation environment for the utilization of mineral resources in international organizations and industrial countries, e.g. , ICRP, IAEA, the European Union and the United States are surveyed and analyzed. Finally, the scope and requirements of the regulation on the radiation environment for the utilization of mineral resources in China are stated. |
