废纸脱墨剂的复配与中性脱墨工艺研究

摘    要:本文以ONP/OMG混合废纸为脱墨对象,研究了几种脱墨常用的表面活性剂的中性脱墨性能。结果表明,在中性条件下非离子表面活性剂比阴离子表面活性剂有更好的脱墨性能,其中辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚OP-10与脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物FMEE的脱墨效果最好。将OP-10与FMEE以6:4的质量百分比复配后,可以获得最佳的协同增效作用,以此比例复配的脱墨剂用量0.25%,在中性条件下的脱墨工艺中可以使脱墨浆白度提高5.2%ISO,浮选后浆的ERIC值为147mg/kg,浮损率为6.7%。

Abstract:The deinking process was discussed of the O N P/M G P mixed waste paper ,This paper studied several commonly used surfactants in neutral deinking process. The results show that non-ionic surfactants has better deinldng performance than anionic surfactant in the neutral condition.The polyoxyethylene nonyl phenyl ether(OP-10) and fatty acid methyl ester ethoxylates FMEE have the best deinking performance. The OP-10 and FMEE with 6:4 weight percent compounded can obtain the best synergistic effects, This deinldng agent (dosage 0.25%)can make deinked pulp brightness increasing by 5.2% ISO, The ERIC value for after-flotating process is the 147 mg/kg, the floating loss rate is only 6.7%.
