沥青混凝土搅拌站模糊预测控制

摘    要:为克服沥青混凝土搅拌站的长延迟特性造成的控制误差,采用数字信号处理技术对长延迟特性信号进行预测的方法,设计了所需的预测滤波器,完成了沥青混凝土搅拌站工作过程中温度变化趋势的预测,并将模糊控制与预测控制有机地结合起来,实现沥青混凝土搅拌站工作过程的集中、智能控制。试验结果表明,模糊预测控制有效地提高了系统控制精度及设备的可靠性和稳定性。

Abstract:To minimize the control error caused by the long time delay in the production process of the asphalt concrete mixer, a method to predict the signals with long time delay by means of the digital signal processing techmique was proposed. A linear filter required by the prediction was designed to perform the prediction of the temperature change history in the production process of the mixer. Combining the prediction control with the fuzzy control, the centralized and intelligent control over the production process of the mixer was realized. Test results showed that the fuzzy prediction control improves greatly the accuracy of the control system and the working reliability and stability of the asphalt concrete mixer.
