| Abstract: | A brief review of the development of ultrasonic motors in foreign countries is made in this paper, including their principles and constructions. A brief comparison of their different control strategies is also made. The crux of the problems encountered in the development of the motors, the progress of the researches, their application prospects and trend of their development are also discussed. |
