水资源安全研究进展

阐述水资源安全形势,回顾和评述国内外水资源安全研究的动态。结合当前水资源安全研究现状,指出水资源安全研究存在的问题,提出水资源安全研究的基本框架和研究内容,探讨了水资源安全研究的方向和前景,建议从水资源安全问题、定义和内涵出发,进行水资源安全基本理论、机理、评价、态势、监测、预警、运行模式、技术体系、突发性水资源安全问题、水资源安全保障体系等方面的研究。

Advances in water resources security

The conception of water resources security is described and the research status of water resources security at home and abroad is reviewed and summarized.Some problems existing in the research of water resources security are noted,and the basic research framework and contents of water resources security are also put forward.A prospect for future study of water resources security is presented,including basic theories,mechanisms,assessment,developments,monitoring and early warning,models and technical systems,with regard to the definition and connotation of water resources security issues.
