加强油田企业社区文化建设的途径和原则

油田企业的社区文化是推进和谐社区、和谐企业、和谐社会建设的重要力量。加强和发展社区文化，应从硬件和软件两个方面入手，构建和完善“设施基本配套、内容丰富多彩”的文化服务体系，按照以人为本、时代性、灵活多样、广泛参与等原则，积极组织开展文化活动，使社区逐步成为具有浓厚文化氛围，和谐、文明、秩序的生活基地。

Approach and Principle of Strengthening Construction of Community Culture of Oil Field Enterprise

Community culture of oil field is an important force to promote construction of harmonious community , enterprise and society.
